libdcerpc0 software package provides DCE/RPC client library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdcerpc0
libdcerpc0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdcerpc0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdcerpc0 *
You will get with libdcerpc0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
